Partners

In January 2008, Journey Church concluded a months-long process of deciding to officially partner with the Arkansas Baptist State Convention and the Southern Baptist Convention. In 2003 when Journey was launched, the church initially pursued denominational affiliation, but elected not to officially align for a number of reasons. However, after much prayer and consultation, the church sensed the time was right and the partnership strategic and helpful.

In addition to being delighted to be able to network and partner with Southern Baptists we work closely with many other Christ-centered churches across denominational lines. Journey seeks to promote the gospel of Christ and not the reputation of any one denomination.
