We are so excited about who God has already brought to Journey as members. We deeply believe that the Lord brings to each church just the right people to make a great mixture of talents, gifts, and interests. If you should decide that God is leading you to join with the people of Journey to minister to others and grow in your faith, we are absolutely grateful.

Here’s the process for joining Journey:

1. Attend Discovery Group. This informal, fun small group is a 2-session opportunity for you to learn more about Journey. It is led by the Leadership Team of Journey. During Discovery Group, you will learn about why Journey started, what we beleive is our mission as a church, why we’re structured the way we are and much more. You’ll also learn a lot about yourself! You’ll be given an opportunity to take a personality inventory and a spiritual gifts assessment. These two helpful tools simply give you an idea of who God made you to be and how you might best serve Jesus and influence others.
2. Pray. Joining Journey is a spiritual decision. It means that you will be working shoulder to shoulder with us to influence people in our community closer to knowing Jesus and encouraging other Christians as they continue growing in Jesus.
3. Turn in a membership covenant. At Journey,? you don’t “walk an aisle” to join our church. We see church membership as being very meaningful. We ask that you review our membership covenant in an attitude of prayer, and then to turn it in to the leadership team. Turning in the membership covenant is your final step! You’re now a member!
