Sometimes it’s hard for preschoolers to know that others care for them. They don’t yet understand that Mom & Dad, big brother, and grandma have their own lives to lead and may feel unimportant at times. While we want them to know that we as family, friends, or teachers care, it’s even more crucial for them to understand that JESUS CARES. This month, the 2-4 year-olds of Journey are learning that Jesus is a special friend who always cares! They’re also discovering ways they can show Jesus’ love to others.

Please read these passages with your preschoolers and ask them questions. Repetition is key to learning at this age, really at any age, and together we can teach our children more about our faith.
